i went on youtube to find out more about it.
someone complains about the sound quality and the response is:

"These men are Rockettes and the "dam girls" screaming, are the female Rockettes. This was a private Christmas treat for them presnted in the rehearsal-hall between shows on a four-show day.
They have a right to scream!"
