(5,604 posts)I am a big fan of The 5.6.7.8's, and the Tokyo Ska Paradise ska band, and I also love 60's and early 70's Japanese lounge music. I've often thought about asking you to clarify exactly what the hell I was enjoying listening too. Still might.

(33,688 posts)especially the ones using first-rate electropop backing. I fell head over heels for a K-pop group called Sugar a few years ago. All the girls could sing well and both their Japanese and Korean production teams were incredible.
