Holidays that no one else celebrates where you get to complain a lot are better than saving a lot of money on car insurance.

You have the booze and fun, and the candy is half-off from Christmas! Plus, there's all sorts of good food and the Rose Parade. No costumes outside of silly party hats, but no religion, either.

I live not all that far from Augusta National Golf Course. Masters week is a huge pain in the ass. It's hell for the people who live in the area right around the course--except for the ones who are in spots where they can rent out parking. They make a killing.

It used to be Christmas when I was a kid and a teenager, but nowadays I don't get that much stuff for Christmas outside of clothes. I'm 22 years old so I have no use for toys, and many of today's video games are 1st-person shooters, which aren't my strong suit. This is also the same reason why I don't enjoy birthdays as much as I used to, except for the cake.

Not ashamed to say it. I like the decorations, music, the whole 9 yards.

I used to like Halloween when my sons were little. Now it's kind of useless.

It hasn't been too commercialized.... yet! And you don't usually have to worry about the weather for traveling.

Not for the religious aspect of it. Just that it means Springtime is close.
