I just remember having to fake the part by ear, cuz the notes did NOT look right.
Luckily I played trombone. If it had been trumpet, I'd have been screwn . . .

(12,008 posts)and heard just before they went on that they'd taken a bunch of acid. For the entire set the keyboard player just stood behind his keyboard and didn't do anything; didn't play a single note. He just stood there and looked out at the crowd with a blank stare. They were actually really good!
