Promise some cash and give them a snow shovel. Then go make a pot of coffee for yourself and a pot of hot chocolate for them. Works every time!

So far, only the city trucks have come in to plow the main street. A couple of maintenance guys are around snow blowing.

that it's so much rarer than when I was young. To my kids it is a big deal, because we've had such warm winters in their lifetimes. A few years ago I walked to town in just my shirtsleeves in January. I mean we've had thaws before, but that was just ridiculous. LOL

The next two got a dupe. First with the red amped up, second widdout the red-amp.



(NB: tweaking the red, oddly enough, really brought out the green in the trees, tho I didn't change the green quotient at all)
