Why does my cat do this?

Charlotte likes to sit on my desk, grab my arm and chew on it after I take a shower.

Not hard enough to puncture, but I sure can feel it.

Any ideas as to why?

Do I simply taste better after a shower?

...would lick my feet after a shower. If I tried to get away, he'd throw his arms around my ankle and bite.

after I wash it. One will hold my head (no claws) and rub until my hair is dry. Of course I obey my cat overlords, but asking 'why' a cat does something is like asking why we exist.

To please cats...ya they told me the other day. Secret to life etc..

This seems to be the most reasonable answer

Whatever you want to call them---yes, "love bites". Actually, the little teeth nibbling is grooming. Cats do it to themselves and other cats and to people too that they like very much. Consider it an honor.
