A big RedBull, a 32oz sweet tea, and a cup of coffee....

Ok, ok, I'm up. In the past year, I can count the number of times I've had to get up before 8am on one hand. I used to routinely get up and head out at 4-4:30, but since I've gotten out of practice, man it's hard to get rolling.

But now I'm feeling good good good. Damn I love caffeine, the only chemical I'm allowed recreationally anymore.

I used to drink coffee all day. Now I rarely touch caffeine at all. It's a weird substance. Gorp Feb 2013 #1
I don't drink coffee anymore. I just take a caffeine pill when I wake up. RebelOne Feb 2013 #2

When I was addicted to it I had to keep a maintenance level at all waking moments or I would crash. I slowly weaned myself off of it, mostly because my resting pulse was over 120. Curiously, I can get up as early as I want now and (for the most part) function at an acceptable level.
