Who knew getting from Boston to Yarmouth NS was such pain in the ass

Seriously, there are no more ferries from Maine to NS and Air Canada only flies into Halifax which is 136 miles north of Yarmouth. Driving, I have to go 306 miles to St. John's, Brunswick to get a 9 am ferry to Digby that takes 6 hours and drive another hour to my sister's. Australia is closer, fer crissakes.

Once planned out a round North America by public transport with a ferry ride from NS to Portland until they shut the ferry down due to health and other reasons.

but they need the government to make it official which they'll do in the morning. What a clusterfuck this have been. My brother in law is a hero to the family. He did everything he could to make sure things got done the right way, all while he was torn up inside.
