Damn I've heard some odd threats in my day but I don't think I've heard of kicking someones neck off.

Kicking her throat in or stepping on the neck till the bubbles stop OK...maybe you could kick a head off but you'd probably have to prop the person up just right to get the angles set and everything.

Perhaps I'm over thinking.
