The willows are turning yellow.
The birds are migrating north.
The brambles are red.
Now I understand why I feel so giddy.

They're always the first blooms in the garden.
We moved last Fall. I planted new bulbs. 
The daffodils will be in bloom.
My spirit is renewed in Spring.
I feel it in my blood. 
I miss the changing seasons.

The breading pair just started sitting on new eggs since Hurricane Sandy hit a hundred miles south of me.
It must be Spring.
