George Bush was a great blues guitarist

Actually it’s the late great Doc Watson, who died last May and who was described as resembling George Bush in his later years. Named after Sherlock Holmes’ sidekick, blind since the age of one, Doc Watson was described as one of the most intimidating guitarists to jam with by other players because of his flatpicking speed and his impressive fingerpicking mastery. The seven-time Grammy award winner could play blues, folk, gospel, ragtime, and bluegrass.
