I always did wonder why they called it "self abuse". I mean, I've never ever ever ever ever ever ever done it myself of course, but the term doesn't seem very apt.

The fact that I've used the username 'Onan the Barbarian' in a previous life on another site is a sheer coincidence.

That cracked me up. I suggest you put socks on your hands and pin them to your tee shirt. It helped one of my boys quit sucking his thumb. Bad habits are hard to break.
