It's still February in Russia
February 63 to be exact (LOL)
There is a joke running on the Russian Internet right now that we are not, actually, in March. Today is, in fact, the 63rd of February. 
This picture was taken in Russian Karelia a couple of days ago after a particularly heavy snowfall. It's also been snowing in Moscow for about the past 24 hours - although we've not had anything like this.
