I used to really like Rickman, until a friend married someone who looked a lot like him (and ended up being a huge, awful, egotistical jerk). I can't even look at Alan w/o being reminded of Peter.

I have the same problem with Brad Pitt. My friend married his look-alike, and he turned out to be a huge jackass with homicidal tendencies.

Rent Dark Harbor. Both Reedus and Rickman are younger and quite hot.

Almost 20 years ago, I ended up on a date with a woman who had just finished up her medical residency and about to start on her internship (or just finished her internship and about to start her residency. I forget which comes first).

She was looking for a guy who was smart & college-educated, but whose career would not be as good as hers, so he would stay home to raise the children while she advanced her career. She wanted somebody intelligent to raise the kids, and also be able to converse intelligently in her social circles. So, I fit the bill perfectly, as accounting is not as good a career as being a doctor.

We got along well, and I could tell she liked me. However, she looked like a younger version of my aunt, who was a religious fanatic, and I couldn't get that image out of my head, and I ended up not going out with her again. (My aunt's name was Lucille, or Lu for short, and my brother and I would jokingly call her "Hallelujah" with an emphasis on the "Lu" in the middle.)
