Anyone ever see this movie about Nazi zombies?

Shock Waves (1977)

I’m a horror movie fan and my cousin told me he found this movie very scary when he was a kid and recommended it to me. That may not mean much because his mom never let him watch horror movies on TV at home and he had to see what few he saw in the theater when his older brother took him. This movie seems to have an interesting high concept: the Nazis experimented with creating an invincible army of the undead during World War II and a small group of these zombies survived on a deserted island where a yacht’s passengers get shipwrecked. The movie seems to feature two very solid horror movie actors, Peter Cushing and John Carradine. But the trailer on Youtube makes it seems kind of schlocky and low budget. I’ll probably check it out anyway so I can just cross it off my list. And the reviews on imdb are generally positive.

people marooned on an island, no one there except them, and these undead who come out of the water....

It totally creeped me out. I strongly recommend yall watch it.

I've recommended it here before. It isn't very well known, apparently.

A friend of mine had this movie on tape ages ago. I don't usually like zombie flicks, but this one is quite good.

It really is creepy!

A full version is on the same site you linked from

On edit: There is a couple scenes with an old ship that was grounded. I think the holes are from target practice from the Air Force?

I ignored the fact that there's apparently a Nazi zombie sub-genre of horror movies, none of which I've seen..

I use to love to watch Brooke Adams movies. I think she was the actress who said that they filmed the zombies separately from her running scenes and they told her she was suppose to look terrified, scream and run. They gave her an idea of what the zombies were going to look like. But then she saw the movie and felt stupid because these zombies never moved fast, while she was freaking like a pack of mutant hyenas were after her. (I took liberties with that last part.)
