Harold and Kumar aren't running the public works department in Winter Park, but it sure looked like the Hollywood stoners were on the job Sunday.
A portable traffic sign the kind that usually warns motorists of road work or lane closures instead advised: "Smoke weed erryday."
The sign, near the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Clay Street, drew a steady stream of attention from passers-by, several of whom stopped and jumped out of their cars to take photos.
Meanwhile its companion sign a few blocks away, reading "Jackson Ave closed to thru traffic," attracted no undue attention.

(12,132 posts)chances are, in my youth, I pre-obeyed that sign in that area...
Did you know there is an actual DOT sign out between Oviedo and Chuluota that just says "TAINTSVILLE"
Tain't Oviedo and Tain't Chuluotoa.

(12,132 posts)but you know how that goes - I heard it from a guy who heard it from a guy who heard it from a guy...I actually like the area - quiet and naturey but still close to the city. If I was building a house it would be on my short list of possible locations...
With the added bonus of having "Taint..." in my address....I wonder if they have a post office like Christmas does...I bet MFM would like a postcard from Taintsville. I know I;d love to send some. lol
