Question about tulip poplar trees. I notice the ones around here (SC) recently have some leaves tha


look kind of wet, when it hasn’t been raining.

If you park under them, the car is covered with tiny sticky droplets at the end of the day. Yesterday I was under a tulip poplar, and tiny particles of some liquid fell on me.

What is going on with these trees? I never heard of this before.
