New house rule re: "Bath Time."

"Bath Time" for Lola shall not be commenced unless and until both parents are present and fully able to assist.

Our schedules got away from us, and Lola *needed* a bath today, but Cailen had to work...so Daddy took on the project single-handed. The bathing part went great (we have a nifty little baby-sized tub with a sling bed, which makes the whole deal very simple), but the rinsing part sort of turned into a fountains-at-the-Bellagio kind of deal. Daddy might have been wetter than baby when all was said and done.

Whatevs. She's clean (and alive), and currently sleeping to the tones of Coltrane. Onward.

...and for those who don't get the reference, here are the Bellagio fountains (with event-appropriate soundtrack)...

soon enough you should be able to bathe and dry your baby while talking on the phone with the cable guy and stuffing a sandwich in your mouth.
