still up here, a girlfriend is in from out of town and we're just hanging out on the couch right now. we picked up some bbq earlier and took it to the park, then took a nice drive around the reservoir and ended up at the frozen yogurt shop.

A new craft ale I discovered. As usual with ales, it's more flavorful than a lager, but it's fairly ordinary, and I don't think I'll get it again. I'm much more partial to Sofia Belgian Ale.

Nothing particularly interesting. I suffer from insomnia.

Insomnia is insufferable. I sympathize. For the space of about ten years or so, I was getting pretty severe bouts of insomnia, like clockwork, two or three times a month.

Hang in there. I hope it resolves soon...

Back on the east coast of North America, it's 3:53 in the afternoon.

I'll bet some people are still up over there, too.
