A New Approach to Fitness: the DU Workout!

A few simple exercises that will help you tone up and trim down:

Leap to Conclusions (10 Reps)

Tilt at Windmills (10 Reps)

Make Mountains out of Molehills (20 Reps)

Take Things out of Context (15 Reps)

Wade into the Fray (100 Reps)

When in a Hole, Keep Digging (1000 Reps)

Throw Stones at Glass Houses (100 Reps)

Cast Aspersions (10 Reps)

Tar and Feather DINOs (12000 Reps)

Bang head Against the Wall (100 Reps)

After this workout, you may or may not be trim and toned. You will, however, most definitely be exhausted.
