Flying around and all is fun, but then one day a drunk guy falls through your roof while you and your SO are making love.

It kinda ruins the mood.

Flying cars are even worse. Sometimes the bodies rain down in pieces.

So impatient.

I've gone from vinyl to 8-tracks; from 5 channels to hundreds, from a manual typewriter to an IBM selectric to the IBM PC.

I still don't have the robot that was going to take care of mundane chores, or the flying jetpack, or even a decent clean-running electric vehicle that I can afford to buy.

If I COULD buy a new vehicle, they don't make what I want:

A small, awd hybrid station wagon. Small, with correspondingly impressive mileage.
