What's Your Jeopardy! Dream Board?

So TVGN just aired the classic episode of Cheers where Cliff Clavin appears on Jeopardy! to find that all the categories were all in his wheelhouse: Civil Servants, Stamps From Around the World, Mothers and Sons, Beer, Bar Trivia, and Celibacy.

So what six categories would make up your Jeopardy! dream board? Mine:
Coen Bros. Films
Pac-12 Football
Mountains of the Pacific Northwest
Differential Equations
George Carlin
Richard Feynman

But only to the level that Jeopardy takes these categories. If you play Jeopardy you will realize they never go into a lot of depth in any one category. It's the breadth of knowledge that you have to know to be good at this game, not the depth.
