Growing up, our family's favorite games were Clue and Facts In Five.

They have some pretty fun physical ones like balance games and a ski jump one that I cannot for the life of me do. I'm The Agony of Defeat.

I'm a Physician Assistant, and the only healthcare provider here. So I have a lot of autonomy in my medical practice.

Today was uncharacteristically slow, which is why I got bored. Usually, I'm overwhelmed by patient care and paperwork. It's kind of nice to be all cuaght up with my work.

I recently got off of public assistance and there were a few (too few) who helped me greatly.

So anyone that helps the poor/unfortunate/whatever earns my respect without ever meeting them.

People picking themselves up and getting back up on their feet. In the last month alone, I've received messages from three former patients stating that they're off the streets, and will be transferring their care elsewhere.

I hate to see my patients go, but I love it at the same time. I'm glad they are moving up from homelessness.

Since I started in homeless medicine in 2005, back when I was still a Medical Assistant, I've become a fierce advocate for the rights of the homeless.

Nobody disrespects homeless people around me...

I am here picking out the Spinach bits though...

The secret is a good crust. And fresh eggs...
