Help! Who knows how to use Skype?

I heard it was supposed to be easy, but so far, it's not.

The first one is very basic, it's written by HS students for students doing distance learning...my impression is that it was a class assignment. It literally starts with how to download the application, I assume you're past that. It goes through how to make calls and add contacts.

The second one is more in-depth and professional.
