In all of my years of working this job, I have never had to do a 3 way conference call. About to -- I hope I don't cut one of the parties off -- I have been on hold almost an hour already waiting for #1 to answer, so I can patch in our client on the call.
Now, WHAT did you think I was talking about. Shame, shame. Minds out of the gutter, please.

In the conference call, it is just painful for everyone. "Is Lisa here yet? Lisa? Hello! Who just joined? This is John. Hi, John. What department are you from? I'm from marketing. This is development call. Oh, sorry, I must have entered...NOW JOINING AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON. Is that you Lisa? Hello? Hello? Oops. I had my mic on mute. Who just joined?"
