(21,925 posts)when my family took a trip through New Mexico to Carlsbad Caverns (absolutely spectacular) and we would see signs along the highway for "The Mystery Of The Desert". I wanted my parents to drive there but apparently it was a long way from the highway we were on (I don't remember where). We did stop at another tourist stop called the "Miracle Of the Desert" which was an old miner's cabin built on an angle without an even floor where, once inside, it gave you the optical illusion of water flowing upward defying gravity and people would have trouble getting up out of chairs that were nailed to the floor.
Could this have something to do with that same "Mystery Of the Desert" I saw as a kid in the 60s along with the Burma Shave signs along the two-lane highway?

(102,289 posts)My drink of choice today, but for all the other low "carbers" out there, they can be made REALLY GOOD with sugar free Jose Cuervo margarita mix, a few lime squeezes, a package of stevia, a shot of JC Gold tequila (or your choice of brand) and a 1/4 cup or so of ice blended.
YUMMY... And only 65 calories (with the tequila), though a slightly smaller cup than MFM is brandishing....
