At first I thought this was a tattoo -

This is what happens to human skin when it’s struck by lightning!
It’s called a Lichtenberg figure — the branching pattern made by electricity
as seen on the arm of Winston Kemp who was struck by lightning

But they look really cool. I'm not a big fan of tattoos but I think I'd want to keep that one.

...to the nearest tattoo shop and have the artist tattoo the pattern while it's still fresh.

Sorry. But seriously did it? The nervous system is organic/electric in nature. If the lightening hit the right nerve would it burn/overload "the circuit" into the tissue around it?
