Now I'm using it and loving it as a low-sodium cheese (110mg/1 oz serving) along with fresh mozzarella... the
small blocks I buy -- NOT packed in brine -- are 25mg (!!!!!) per 1 oz serving.

Crumbled goat cheese and crumbled hard-boiled egg topping 1000 island dressing topping iceberg lettuce,
tomato and cucumber.

(6,154 posts)I knew people ate ants and that they are supposed to be fairly tasty so while I was in the garden I plucked a few black ants off a nearby bush and popped them in my mouth They are zesty and fresh tasting Quite a lot like lemon zest.

(55,019 posts)I had 4 pretty good size plants but they got hammered in that heavy freeze a couple years ago. They tried to come back from the roots but got hit again before they got big enough to handle any frost at all. This is a pretty tough elevation for them.
