Eating every scrap of food in the house is no mean feat

Tomorrow starts my week of vacation. I will be 300 miles from my refrigerator, and to ward off the possibility that we could lose power and I'd come back to a steel box with rotten food in it, I decided to eat all the perishable food I owned.

If I never see a piece of chicken again in my life it will be too soon.

If you like Korean food...is the Korean Tofu House a good place to go?

Let's see...tomorrow I'm going to get in to town and do the Space Needle and Ivar's Acres of Clams, Tuesday I'm going to Alaskan Way then head over to Safeco Field to watch the Mariners lose, Wednesday I'm going to eat Korean food and do the Fremont area, Thursday I'll do Bainbridge Island and on Friday it's the Pike Place Market before heading back to Spokane.

When you go to Fremont, make sure you see the Troll and the statue of Stalin, which is kinda hard to miss. Check out the Gum Wall @ Pike Place Market.

Have fun!
