Perfect Day.

No, not the Scandinavian cooking show on PBS.

I am so appreciative now of what I have. What I have today is the most perfect work day possible. The boss is out of town (not that I don't like him here, he's a great guy). Just my co-worker and I. We decided it would be ultra-casual Friday, so I'm in khaki shorts, a beige broadcloth shirt, hiking boots. Had lunch across the street at the mall, Caesar salad. Killed my phone the other day, at the Apple store the replacement iPhone 5 was totally covered, and they even gave me a new charger/cord. Phones were really quite, no clients because boss is gone and I had none today. I may go fishing tonight. Or I may just crash early and listen to the katydids and crickets. Weather is perfect, one of those comfortable sunbright days with low humidity. I love the community I live in, it's very nice.

I had quite the attitude adjustment, didn't I? I am now so happy in the here and now with what I have. Seems the spoiled, sheltered, socially awkward little brat finally grew up into a man. About time, too.

will make your days better. I have experienced this and highly recommend it. Sometimes you have to make an effort, but it truly makes any day better. Seize the day! From my heart to yours...
