MY favorite kinda new thing (as of a few months ago) is cream top MAPLE yogurt. First it was Open Nature™, but the store stopped carrying it. Now it's slightly more expensive, Brown Cow™.

Whatever THAT is, I almost ordered some today -- but I think I went with the
Greek raspberry with dark chocolate chips.

I was surprised how many COMPLEX recipes are out there. I just wanted something simple, so I saute a diced onion in oil, add diced green chiles, then add Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes and simmer till most of the tomato juice evaporates. Then I make four little "wells" in the tomato mixture and crack an egg into each. When the eggs are set I serve it on heated tortillas.

May not be the most authentic or involved recipe but it tastes great to me and doesn't take all day to make.
