I slipped and fell on my ass. Deep bruising and strained ligaments, luckily I didn't break my hip but I was in agony for several days.

Which is odd for Portland but for the last six weeks or so it's been cloudy in the morning and then it burns off and its sunny in the 80s but very humid and the Weather Service says things have been building up in the atmosphere and we're supposed to get lots of rain tonight and tomorrow maybe half an inch (which is a lot in a day here)... But it is really pleasant right now...
