One goal in my life - not to be a dick.

I think that's a fine goal. Treat people with respect. Be kind and polite to them. Instead of looking down on people who have problems, who are less fortunate, who are in trouble, treat them with dignity and offer them a helping hand. Be kind to animals. And kids. Set a good example. Spend time thinking of ways to make the planet a better place. Be the kind of man who, when I die, people will say "he was a good man, it is a loss."

Oh, and a really big one -- never vote Republican. Never. That makes you a dick for sure.
