It's hard to believe how young Amira is, but even more surprising to learn that she is completely self-taught, and used only YouTube tutorials to learn how to sing.

She told the judges, "My brother Vincent plays violin, and I also wanted to do something... So I thought, I'm going to sing… and then I heard opera songs, which I found very beautiful and that's when I started singing," HLNBE reports.

... Where does this? How does this natural ability blossom? I guess it doesn't matter, you just have to listen in awe...

It's even more moving when the entire 2-hour comic opera is performed around it (it's the only "operatic" piece in the whole show).

...and the one from the British lady a couple of years ago, seem to come from some place other-worldly.

A hearty kick!

And so self-confident even if she's never performed before a big audience before and claims to be nervous.

The judges are calling her "an old soul"

I must have played this vid a dozen times now, I can not get enough of that amazing voice emanating from that tiny lady. That voice is a treasure and I hope she brings it to the world soon. I am reminded of another young lass who moved me the same way. Her name is Jackie Evancho.

Like the young lady above, Miss Evancho burst onto the worlds radar on a talent search show. Today she is a seasoned touring professional artist. Give a listen to this 10 year old's first performances on Americas Got Talent

would swear she had training; however, apparently, she's self-taught. I've known a few singers like that -- open their mouths and out comes Pavarotti or Rene Fleming, without any training whatsoever. It's just unexplainable -- a natural gift. I had to laugh as this is an aria written, obviously, for an adult. Because her lungs aren't fully developed yet she had to take breaths in a couple of places they wouldn't normally be but that just makes this performance that much more endearing.
