Windows 8 platform on a cell phone Info Please

I currently have a Samsung Reverb on the Virgin Mobile Network and have been looking a PCS Metro because it is 5 bucks more a month for unlimited everything and the coverage is 3X larger than VM. Plus it is 4G LTE. with the data being throttled to 3g after 500MB usage.

I dont have a lot of bucks to buy a new phone so i am looking at the Nokia with Windows 8.

Anyone here have any opinions on W8 platform on a cell phone compared to Android 4.1?

Thanks I need to change by tomorrow or get stuck with VM another month.

He also says there's no way in hell he would want 8 on a computer.

Meaning, there are only a few apps for it out there.

In regards to features, it is pretty nice, and it integrates well with Win8 systems.
Depending on the version the Camera is done well.

I do like the way Nokia formats their phones, so it isn't bad.

The other issue is that when I got mine a year back, I had to connect it to the computer to be able to install applications. So at the moment it is harder to deal with.

However, if you can deal with the work arounds, it is a pretty decent phone. I use T-Mobile and even if the one I had wasn't able to utilize the 4G system, I didn't notice a drop in the internet connection speed.

Either way, the Windows phone I have had is real sleek and pretty. I just stuck with my Android since I have a bunch of apps there that I wouldn't get rid of.
