I was just talking to a friend of mine down at the town Zoning Board

Apparently, there's a block here that is so filled with weird complaining neighbors that the city has decided to declare it blighted and build a Walmart instead.

Which is great, because I need a place to buy some cheap lights and lawn ornaments for my garish Christmas display...

lazy, deadbeat wife-beater. If they can move that dump, his Missus can get a divorce, take the cash and kids, and make a run for it. As it is, she's trapped...
