doing our part for shop local saturday

we're going to go see home alone at the indie theater this afternoon and then a bite at a local burrito joint.

we have some really great local shops and restaurants here and i know we're a better place for it. and the indie theater is great, you can have a beer while you watch the movie

i expect to drag my husband to the theater at least a few more times before christmas. they're also showing a christmas story, christmas vacation and mst3k: santa clause conquers the martians.
