Chef completes entirely chocolate holiday scene at Disney's Swan and Dolphin

Chocolate lovers will be salivating when they take in the newest project at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel.

Executive pastry chef Laurent Branlard has completed a 7-foot tall, 400-pound chocolate nutcracker that is part of a chocolate Christmas scene.

It took around 80 hours to complete the nutcracker, which is 100 percent edible.

The entire chocolate scene -- which includes a life-sized Santa Claus, fireplace with stockings, a toy train and a Christmas tree -- weighs approximately 2,000 pounds. The scene is part of Disney's Swan and Dolphin "Holiday Happenings" event.
