Don't start, they are never satisfied anyway. Our cats are spoiled rotten, once they learn a behavior that gets a result they NEVER let up.

Just say no to your kitty!

You have been warned!

They are so rarely pleased. And never for long...

They got to the door to be let out, you let them out. They immediately go to a window and beg to come in. You could spend 24 hours/day letting them in and out.

You get them the best food; they eat a mouse.

You put out fresh water; they drink swill from a ditch, while giving you dirty looks.

You skritch their head, they purr for a minute or so before rolling on their backs and attacking you with all 4 sets of claws plus teeth.

They really do not seem to know what they want in life. My advice is don't even try. You are likely doomed to failure.

You are, after all, their servant. If you serve them well they'll reward you with affection and purring, if you serve them poorly you'll come home to a shredded sofa and pee in the hallway. It's your choice, but I've found it easier to just to accept my training and aim to please the little tyrant.
