same old, same old, yes? Well, other than moving to Manhattan. If that's what you want, I hope you get there. I'm a rural person myself, but back when I was your age I spent 6 weeks in France. I lived a few days in Paris in an apartment over a busy street. At the time I thought that I would love to live there for a year or two. The noise, the constant excitement. I got over it.

All the same, Happy New Year to you and all the best in the coming. I enjoy reading your posts.

I've dropped about 25 pounds since October. I have a lot more to go, but I'm doing it in a moderate and hopefully lasting way.

1) Get laid;
2) Make a fortune, flee to Paraguay and fight extradition;
3) Survive to make same resolutions again next year.

(So far, I've only been able to keep #3..............)
