Good news/bad news for Wednesday.
1. Good news: We have a two-hour delay tomorrow.
2. Bad news: The pipes burst and my classroom had water damage.
3. Good news: I will need that two hours to prepare an alternative lesson!
Oh joy. I can hardly wait to see the damage.

You would think that the maintenance people would know how to insulate pipes.
A couple of years ago a pipe leaked in a storage closet and I had to throw out all the supplies in there. Now I just keep plastic containers (paint, glue, etc.) in there. Mine wasn't the only room... it's all over the building, according to a phone call I received. I think they should just close the building tomorrow!
