So I'm constantly buying them in other cities, then I need to leave them when I go. Hate that.

Not only are glass bottles unhappy when introduced to stone walls, such agitation will disturb the sediment in the bottle.

How do you open a bottle of wine when you don't have a corkscrew? Hand it to the sommelier.

fine enough that you need to worry about disturbing the sediment in the bottom of the bottle of course.

Two Buck Chuck doesn't mind the wall, it laughs at the wall and all the Silver Oak bottles that shiver in fear of it.

Plastic or composite "corks" are an abomination.

Buy a bottle with a screw top.
