although, I know from experience that at -40 you have to plan for roughly 4x the amount of cooking time as in the summer. Oh, and it's important to clear off the snow before you fire it up or you get a big slushy mess falling all over your deck that instantly freezes to glare ice. And you WILL slip on the glare ice just as soon as you take your filet mignon off the grill.
