Jury told off for laughing during trial of man accused of sex acts with cow and sheep.

The trial of an IT worker accused of committing sex acts with a cow and sheep near Tottenham Hotspur’s training ground was briefly halted when a judge reprimanded jury members for laughing.

Sniggering could be heard during the trial of Paul Lovell, who allegedly tried to have sex with a sheep near the Premier League side’s state-of-the-art facility in Enfield, north London, on September 4.

The 61-year-old has been charged with outraging public decency, including ‘fellatio with a cow’.

‘I well understand that there are aspects of it [this case] that are unusual and amusing,’ Judge James Patrick told Wood Green crown court.

Alabama no longer feeling sheepish about their lack of bestiality laws

From RawStory
By Tom Boggioni

"The Alabama State Senate voted 20-1 on Thursday to make bestiality (zoophilia) a misdemeanor criminal offense punishable by up to one year in jail, AL.com reported.

Sponsored by Sen. Tom Whatley (R), Senate Bill 151 would criminalize sexual contact with animals, with exemptions for acceptable animal husbandry and veterinarian practices.

The lone dissenting vote cast was not in opposition to the bill, but is instead part of a procedural maneuver used in the state legislature allowing a vote on a previous bill to be used for the next bill up for a vote.

Bestiality is currently still legal in Texas, Hawaii, Kentucky, Virginia, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Vermont, West Virginia, Montana,Wyoming and the District of Columbia."

Mr. Lovell should consider moving to Texas or one of the other states mentioned above. This way he could continue to "do ewe".

... it is still gross. Something must be wrong with dude (other than he can't get a date the normal way).

I guess stories like this just bug me because recently a female Pit was taken into rescue in the midwest who had been molested by her human multiple times. She actually had STD's, vaginal prolapse & damage because of it.

and at least one person, young Thomas Granger, was convicted of "buggery with a mare, a cowe, two goats, divers sheepe, two calves, and a turkey" according to court records of 7 September 1642. The animals were killed in front of him and he was hanged.

The law forbidding bestiality ordered that the offender be executed and the animal victims be “slain and buried and not eaten.”
