Help! A line to my house has been pulled down by a tree, but I can't tell WHAT line

and so I don't know who to call. We have power, and we have internet and phone and TV.

Who should I call?

I called the power co directly and we got put into their list of service calls. DebJ Feb 2014 #5

I called 911. They 'made a note of it' and told me to call the power company. Oh well. DebJ Feb 2014 #6

We had a land line until a few years ago then we switched to comcast.

if it's a bundled cable (2or3 cables one may be a steel cable) it's probably power

they will send for the power company.

Ok, I must clarify that this is the way it has worked for me twice when I had trees and power lines down. Firemen came but the call to the power company was made by the 911 dispatch.

in case it's some stray electrical line.

In my area if you say line down they pay much more attention than no power.
