Which punk icon are you?

http://www.buzzfeed.com/perpetua/which-punk-icon-are-you

You got: Jello Biafra from Dead Kennedys
You have very strong political beliefs, and you don’t back down from an argument. You’re very funny and charismatic, and the world often seems like a sick, absurd joke to you

I have no idea who this guy is but I like his hat.

You are deeply invested in social justice issues, and want to give voice to the powerless. You are sometimes disappointed in or disgusted by the world around you, but your passion and belief that people have the power to bring on real change is inspiring to the people who love you.

Seems reasonable.

with him in the nineties. The reason it's funny is that they describe his type as being chatty and making friends easily. That is so completely true and we are proof. I'll bet there are more DUers who knew or know him because he really is a lovely, open and inclusive person.

I haven't spoken to him in several years but I have no doubt that if we ever meet up again he'll pick up right where we left off.

G.G. Allin

That dude was out of his freaking mind and I speak as someone that spent way too much time in the punk scene back when.

You are a true poet, and believe that art, literature, and music are sacred things. You’re a very kind and loyal friend, and your romances are incredibly passionate. Sometimes your life can be very difficult, but your perseverance is inspiring to others.

because the first question "what would you like to smash" didn't have my answer: nothing.

and then...i never got kicked out of a party, i couldn't relate to any of the cartoon characters, and i'm not likely to be found in any of the locations given.

although i did like most of the "graffiti" pics.

so as an alternate game:

fun favorites from the buzzcocks:

and this gem

and who could ever forget gang of four's damaged goods! (emi version)

You got: Henry Rollins from Black Flag

You’re smart and clever, and strive for mental and physical perfection. You often resent others for not being as intelligent and disciplined as yourself. You’re incredibly chatty and charismatic, which opens the doors to sometimes surprising opportunities.

You have a cynical view of the world, but you’re nevertheless very earnest and truly believe that people have the power to bring about positive change. You’re very curious and creative, and are very active in seeking out inspiration in unlikely places
