Check out this 11-year old girl sing; 13 million hits in 5 days

Only been taking lessons for 6 months...

Lexi Walker, who is 11, sang a song from Disney's "Frozen," along with the One Voice Children's Choir. And it's hit over 13 million hits on YouTube in just 5 days.

became popular in the 80s for her voice, piano playing, and song writing. At the time she was the youngest person to write, sing, and direct in a #1 video. Who is she?

Hard to believe she's only had 6 months of formal voice training. It sounds like she's really tuned in to herself as an artist. It's important to be aware of what you are doing and how well in order to adjust and improve. The second video, Somewhere Over the Rainbow was fantastic. Although she sounded great on it, the first video was ruined for me with the constant cutting every couple of seconds to the point where we barely see her without interruption, a type of editing of modern music videos that I absolutely detest.

Thanks for posting this. We might be hearing more from her in the next few years and I'll remember her name.
