Just LOVE it.
I made a salad at the cafeteria salad bar and put in a scoop of "sweet potato salad with bacon and pecans."
I also sprinkled some bleu cheese crumbles on my plate.
I just got a bite of sweet potato, bacon, and bleu cheese.
It's to-die-for!
Feel free to join in the praise for bleu cheese.

(36,449 posts)Oregon Blue is my weakness. I always ordered a 'roast beef on a french roll with mustard and mayonnaise and pickles' with an eighth of a pound of Oregon Blue on the side from my local butcher/deli. That blue cheese just made every other flavor explode.
