Since it usually involves:

At work:
--Me getting off my desk through a narrow walkway, towards the door which is about 60 feet away. Hitting my knee against the side of the desk, and then my thigh against the corner of another.

At home:
--Usually while collapsed on the floor, sweaty while working out.
