I just finally got a phone replaced. That sucked.

The screen got cracked and the crack finally spread to the point where my phone was no longer usable. I called about 20 different mom and pop shops around my area only to be told time and time again that the repair bills were going to be more than I paid for the damn phone in the first place. I told to try mall kiosks, every single one I went to only repairs Apple (I have an HTC One). Argh, frustrating, and to make matters worse the stupid phone insurance "deductible" (term used loosely) was also more than I paid for the phone. How can they get away with this?

If you still have an old phone you can always transfer your number to that one until you are eligible for an upgrade.
